Dr. Prasad’s medical training and experience, coupled with the expertise of her Hair Restoration Team, make Sacramento Hair Doctor a distinguished leader in the hair replacement and cosmetic enhancement industry. Nalini G. Prasad, MD has been a medical aesthetics doctor for more than 15 years and performs the most advanced techniques in hair restoration, including the FUE method of hair transplant and hair restoration injections.
She is a member of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgeons. She has trained with such notable hair surgeons as Dr. Mark Leavitt, Dr. Carlos Puig, and Dr. Sam Lam.
She is the owner of both Sacramento Hair Doctor and Laser Esthetica.
Dr. Prasad earned her medical degree from the University of Cincinnati Medical School after graduating summa cum laude with her bachelor’s degree. She completed a residency program in family practice at the University of California Davis Medical Center, worked in family practice for a few years, and then decided to dedicate her career to aesthetic medical services, including hair restoration and transplantation.
As an expert in the industry, Dr. Prasad has served as a keynote speaker and preceptor/trainer for other physicians entering the aesthetic services medical field. Oftentimes she is a featured speaker, describing various treatments provided at Sacramento Hair Doctor and Laser Esthetica. She has also written articles on various aesthetics procedures for local publications. Laser Esthetica has been voted the Number 1 Medspa in the Roseville/Granite Bay area for 6 consecutive years.

Dr. Shiree S. Fatch
Dr. Fatch is a passionate aesthetic medicine specialist and a native of the San Francisco Bay Area. She completed her undergraduate studies at UC Davis, majoring in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior, and went on to attend medical school at Touro University California College of Osteopathic Medicine. After completing her internship and residency at UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital Oakland and working as an outpatient pediatrician, she discovered her love for aesthetics. She now thrives in the world of aesthetics and wellness, where she helps individuals feel like the best version of themselves. Her approach focuses on building strong, trusting relationships with her patients, ensuring they feel heard and cared for throughout their journey.
Dr. Fatch currently resides in El Dorado Hills with her husband and two young daughters, where she joined the esteemed practice of Dr. Nalini Prasad, a trailblazer in the field and a valued mentor to Dr. Fatch.
Dr. Fatch has advanced training from the American Board of Aesthetic Medicine in San Diego, CA, where she developed a comprehensive skill set in a wide range of aesthetic treatments. In addition, her training in BioTe Hormone Replacement therapy enables her to help patients feel their best from the inside out. Dr. Fatch is also passionate about offering both medical and surgical solutions for hair loss and is an associate member of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS).
At Laser Esthetica, Dr. Fatch is personally involved in all aspects of patient care. As a full-time physician in the office, she ensures that each patient receives personalized attention and expert guidance throughout their aesthetic journey.
